- The elements of the website i.e. its design, graphics or any code, remain the property of Cubix until all outstanding dues are paid.
- In case of any losses occurred by the use the software created for the client, Cubix will not be responsible.
- Termination of services must be requested by the client in a written notice, preferably via e-mail.
- Cubix reserves the right to terminate its services with any client at any time during the negotiation phase without providing any explanation,by giving them a written notice.
